1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and hbija ("hbija", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at hbija.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the hbija platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the hbija platform and close your account. Your continued use of hbija following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside hbija's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and hbija.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hbija platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering or using hbija, you confirm that you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hbija is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing hbija as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as an employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of hbija or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hbija or any other gambling platform in a manner that would render your current access a violation of that exclusion.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of hbija, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Any false or misleading information provided at the time of registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active hbija account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. hbija employs automated systems and manual reviews to detect multi-account behaviour. Where multiple accounts are identified, hbija reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and retain any remaining balances as a penalty for breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security & Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbija username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. hbija will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your hbija account using your login credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hbija immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team. hbija recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for enhanced account security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

hbija may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request above a threshold determined by hbija at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by hbija may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbija accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Currently accepted payment methods in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. hbija reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The following general transaction limits apply to all hbija accounts, subject to change at hbija's discretion:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to individual account limits and payment method caps
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours for bank transfers

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

hbija processes withdrawal requests on a 24/7 basis, including Bangladesh public holidays. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to the same individual as the hbija account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. hbija charges no fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees which are outside hbija's control.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposits made to your hbija account are funded from payment methods owned by you. hbija is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or banking system issues. If a deposit fails to credit your hbija account, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Betting & Casino Game Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on hbija are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. These rules are published within the relevant section of the hbija platform. In cases where specific rules do not address a particular situation, hbija's general betting rules will apply, and hbija's decision shall be final.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, market, and account tier. hbija reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual users or specific markets without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be voided or reduced to the maximum applicable limit.

5.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: cancellation of the event; the event not reaching the required minimum duration to produce a result; obvious pricing errors; system malfunction; or where hbija determines that the integrity of the event or bet has been compromised. Void bets are refunded in full to the user's hbija account balance.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on hbija are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface. hbija does not control or manipulate the outcomes of any casino game — all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems independently tested and audited for fairness.

5.5 Live Betting

hbija offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, and other sports. Live betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and availability. Bets accepted before a significant event (such as a wicket, goal, or injury) are considered valid unless the bet was placed after the event had already occurred and was reflected in the data feed. hbija's trading team monitors all live markets and reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delay live betting at any time in the interests of market integrity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New hbija users may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms of the offer active at the time of account registration and first deposit. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may not be claimed more than once per individual, household, IP address, or payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by hbija are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and any other conditions specific to a promotion are detailed in the individual promotion's terms and are published on the hbija promotions page. Unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions from different game types (slots, live casino, sports) may vary — sports bets typically contribute 100% while some casino games may contribute less.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that exceed the maximum permitted bet for bonus play may be voided.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Promotion Abuse

hbija reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. This includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will be subject to immediate suspension.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry periods as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free bets that expire are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation. It is the user's responsibility to check and comply with the expiry conditions of any bonus claimed.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of hbija, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and fair manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your hbija account.
• Money laundering: Using hbija as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. hbija complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and is required to report suspicious activity.
• Match fixing and integrity violations: Betting on events where you have insider knowledge or are directly involved in influencing the outcome, including match fixing in cricket, football, or any other sport.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform without hbija's explicit written authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or live casino environments.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after funds have been used on hbija without a legitimate basis.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, providing false KYC documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Platform interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the hbija platform's code, servers, or data in any manner.
• Harassment: Using hbija's communication channels to harass, threaten, or abuse other users or hbija staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by hbija

hbija reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any other reason that hbija, at its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the platform or its users.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your hbija account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, hbija will process any remaining balance in your account (subject to outstanding wagering requirements and pending verification) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed at the user's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to hbija's review.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible and all marketing communications will be suspended. 8.4 Inactive Account Charges

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. hbija reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, up to a maximum equal to the remaining account balance. Users will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hbija platform, including but not limited to the hbija brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of hbija or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbija platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any hbija content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on hbija content.
• Use hbija's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the hbija platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of hbija's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws, and hbija reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases.

10 Limitation of Liability

hbija provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hbija takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, hbija does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server issues, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbija shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime or bet cancellations due to technical failure.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hbija platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications networks.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of account balance due to account suspension or closure.

hbija's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hbija account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

hbija collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an hbija account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hbija implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that transmitting information over the internet carries inherent risks that are outside hbija's control.

hbija does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as KYC verification services, payment processors, and game providers) strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the hbija platform and in compliance with applicable data protection principles.

12 Amendments to These Terms

hbija reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hbija will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the hbija platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using hbija and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
